Attachment must be {max} or smaller
Ticket form shows tickets.form.attachmentTooLarge when the file is larger than {max} (formatted limit from site config).
Why this happens
Per-ticket attachment size cap. Compress, split, or link externally instead of attaching a huge file.
Diagnose and fix
1. Pick a smaller file or compress it under {max}.
2. Remove the attachment and describe the issue in text if needed.
3. Retry create/reply.
