How it works

Signed-in members Create ticket in an admin category (subject 3–200, message 20–8000, optional 1 attachment ≤10 MB). Rate about 15/user/hour. List filters by category/status (default 30/page). Reply while open; any reply on new moves it to open. Closed tickets reject new replies. Bulk close is available.

Optional ticket captcha when enabled.

Common problems

Cannot create

No categories configured, or you are not signed in.

Staff not answering after close

Reopen/status must allow replies - or start a new ticket.
