XFile Ultra License Agreement

Grant

Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run XFile Ultra on domains activated against your license key, up to the activation limits of your plan.

Domain binding

Licenses are bound to activated hostnames. You may deactivate a domain (subject to policy) to free a slot. Localhost / private hosts require a license with development hosts allowed.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, rent, or share license keys
• Circumvent license validation or activation limits
• Remove proprietary notices from the software

Plugins / entitlements

Purchased plugins add entitlement codes to your core license. Revoking or expiring the core license invalidates those entitlements.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke licenses for non-payment, chargebacks, abuse, or material breach. On termination you must stop using the software under that key.

No warranty

The software is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.
