Digital licenses

XFile Ultra is a digital product. Refunds may be considered within a short window after purchase if the license has not been extensively activated or abused, at the seller's discretion.

After activation

Once a license is activated on a production domain, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.

Plugins

Plugin entitlements follow the same policy as the core license they attach to.

How to request

Open a support ticket from your account with your order ID. Approved refunds may include revocation of the related license or entitlements.
