Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Admin accounts should enable two-factor authentication.

Licenses

License keys are issued for the XFile Ultra product family and are bound to activated domains according to your plan. See the [License Agreement](/license).

Payments & refunds

Orders are processed by the payment methods enabled on this site. Refund rules are described in the [Refund Policy](/refunds). Refunded purchases may result in license revocation.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the license API, attempt to share or resell license keys, or interfere with other customers' accounts.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
