Webmaster page shows webmasterPage.errors.notAvailable when webmaster cannot be offered.
Why this happens
Program disabled, system off, or overview unavailable. Related to The webmaster program is disabled on this site and The affiliation system is disabled on this site.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: enable webmaster program and affiliation system as needed.
2. Approve the member for webmaster if the program is on.
3. Refresh after settings change.
