Why this happens
User lacks reseller approval or the program is off. API siblings: Reseller account is not enabled for your user (+ Contact support variant).
Diagnose and fix
1. Member: use Contact us / support as linked on the page.
2. Admin: enable/approve reseller on the user; see Approve reseller on register.
3. After approval, refresh reseller codes and API tools.
