Reseller not available
Reseller page title reseller.notEnabled.title when reseller tools are not available to this member.
Why this happens
Site or user reseller access is off. Body copy may say the reseller program isn’t enabled (Phase 50). API uses the “Reseller account is not enabled…” strings.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: enable reseller for the user and confirm program settings.
2. Member: use contact/support links on the page if shown.
3. After approval, refresh — codes and API panels should appear.
