Reseller account is not enabled for your user — Contact support
Reseller codes create returned 403 with Reseller account is not enabled for your user. Contact support. (affiliate.resellerNotEnabledContact).
Why this happens
Same eligibility gate as the shorter “not enabled for your user” string, with explicit support guidance (often on generate/create).
Diagnose and fix
1. Member: contact support or wait for admin approval.
2. Admin: enable reseller on the user; optionally Approve reseller on register for future signups.
3. Retry code generation after approval.
