Reseller account is not enabled for your user
Reseller codes, API, or top-up returned 403 Reseller account is not enabled for your user. (affiliate.resellerNotEnabled).
Why this happens
Same root as the short Reseller account is not enabled — this wording is used on most member reseller routes. UI title may show Reseller not available.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: enable/approve reseller on the user profile.
2. Member: contact support if you believe you should have access (see Contact-support sibling).
3. After flags save, reload reseller codes / API / top-up.
