Set up payout details under Manage Account → Configuration first
account-payout-profile refused payout because the member has not saved payout method details yet.
Why this happens
Methods may exist site-wide, but this account never filled PayPal/custom fields under Manage Account → Configuration. Distinct from Payout methods are not configured on this site yet.
Diagnose and fix
1. Open Manage Account → Configuration; complete the enabled payout method fields; save.
2. Return to Request a payout and submit again.
3. If no methods appear, admin must configure Payout method definitions first.
