Payout methods are not available yet
Account payout UI shows account.payout.unavailable when the member cannot pick a payout method yet.
Why this happens
Site has no configured/enabled methods, or the member profile is not ready. API sibling: Payout methods are not configured on this site yet.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: configure and enable methods under Payout method definitions.
2. Member: complete payout details under Manage Account → Configuration when prompted.
3. Refresh after admin saves.
