How it works
Add a payout method, then request withdrawal. Amount must be ≥ min_payout (default $10) and equal a sum of whole approved commission rows (fragment amounts are rejected with suggestions). Open requests reserve those rows.
Initial status: pending when aff.manual_withdrawal_approval is on (default), else approved. Frequency aff.withdrawal_frequency can limit how often (unlimited / weekly / monthly). Reseller payout-blocked users cannot withdraw here.
Admins Approve → pay externally → Mark paid. You can cancel a pending request to release holds.
