Payout methods are not configured on this site yet
account-payout-profile returned this error when no payout methods are configured for the site.
Why this happens
Admin never enabled PayPal/custom/etc. methods, or all are disabled. Member UI may show Payout methods are not available yet.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → payout method settings — add/enable at least one method; name custom methods.
2. Save; members can then set profile details and Request a payout.
3. Avoid empty custom method names (Each custom payout method needs a name).
