Reseller account is not enabled
Reseller path returned 403 Reseller account is not enabled. (affiliate.resellerDisabled).
Why this happens
User is not a reseller, or reseller is turned off for the account. Short form used on some routes (e.g. top-up confirm). Longer siblings add “for your user” / “Contact support”.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Users → Edit User — enable reseller / approve reseller flags.
2. Confirm site reseller program settings allow resellers.
3. Member: retry top-up, codes, or API after approval.
