Paid commissions cannot be changed

Mapped generated.paidCommissionFinal when an admin action tries to alter a paid commission.

Why this happens

Paid status is final for approve/unapprove/reverse-style changes. Same family as Paid commissions are final and cannot be reversed.

Diagnose and fix

1. Leave paid rows as-is; use reporting for history.

2. Fix issues on unpaid commissions before payout.
