Could not return commission to pending
Admin unapprove returned 500 Could not return commission to pending.
Why this happens
Unexpected failure moving an approved commission back to pending. Paid/open-payout locks may return 409 with other messages first.
Diagnose and fix
1. Confirm the commission is still in a state that allows unapprove.
2. Retry once; refresh the ledger row.
3. Check logs if it keeps failing.
