Could not load payouts
Listing payouts returned 500 Could not load payouts. (after access checks).
Why this happens
Server/DB error loading payout rows. 403 paths use Commission payouts are not available for your account instead.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the payouts tab; retry.
2. If you get 403, fix payout eligibility first.
3. Admin: inspect /api/account/payouts (and admin payouts UI if that shows the same string).
