Could not cancel
Payout UI shows payoutPage.errors.cancelFailed when canceling a payout request fails.
Why this happens
Request already approved/paid/rejected, network error, or payouts not available for the account. Only open/pending requests are typically cancelable.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the payouts list; check current status.
2. If already processing/paid, cancel is no longer possible — contact admin if needed.
3. If you see Commission payouts are not available for your account, fix access first.
