Close failed
Tickets list shows tickets.list.bulkCloseFailed (Close failed.) when bulk-close does not succeed.
Why this happens
API/network error, CSRF, or tickets already closed/inaccessible. Confirm dialog is separate from this failure message.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the list; select tickets again; retry close.
2. Open a single ticket and close from the detail view if bulk fails.
