Checkout cancelled — review your order and try again
Member balance top-up (or similar) returned with cancel status. UI banner: Checkout cancelled. You can review your order below and try again. (balanceTopUp.checkout.cancelledBanner).
Why this happens
Member closed PayPal/BTCPay/Stripe/etc. hosted page or clicked cancel. Not a gateway outage — intentional abandon. Premium page uses a shorter sibling wording.
Diagnose and fix
1. Review the order summary on the page; click pay again when ready.
2. Use a different payment method if preferred.
3. If cancel happens immediately without user action, check return/cancel URLs in gateway settings.
4. Distinct from failed charges (Common payment failures).
