Show Top Up on Manage Account for regular members. Default on. Resellers can always top up.
Balance top-ups
When off, the Top Up button on Manage Account is hidden for regular members. Reseller accounts can always top up (this toggle does not block them).
Where to find it
Admin → Settings → Payment → Member features → Balance top-ups
Setting key: allow_balance_topups
Default: on (unset = allowed)
Money path
Member picks a preset amount → pays via an enabled gateway (or reseller checkout) → balance cents increase on successful payment/webhook. That balance can later pay for upgrades if Pay with balance is on, or sit until used for reseller codes / other features that debit balance.

This toggle off. Resellers still see top-up.
