How it works
Pick a preset amount (from reseller_balance_topup_amounts; empty → often $10) within $1–$100,000, then pay. Completed top-up credits User.balanceCents (checkoutKind: "balance_top_up").
Resellers can always top up; other members need allow_balance_topups (default on). Spending that balance on Premium needs Pay with balance separately. Reseller page may deep-link return=reseller.
Common problems
Balance still zero after pay
Wait for processing to finish - do not assume instant.
Amount rejected
Must match an allowed preset between the min and max.
