Affiliation is not available
Affiliation page shows affiliationPage.errors.notAvailable when no overview can be shown.
Why this happens
Overview failed to load or the affiliation surface is empty for this session. Related to site-disabled and account-not-eligible messages with different titles.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the page; sign out/in if the session is stale.
2. Admin: confirm Affiliate system is enabled in Affiliation settings.
3. If the program is on but this user is locked, see Affiliation not enabled / Affiliation is not available for your account.
