Affiliation is not available for your account
Member copy (notAvailableAccount) when affiliation features are blocked for this specific account (program may still be on site-wide).
Why this happens
User lacks approved affiliation / required flags, while other members can use the program. Distinct from Affiliation not available (site program off) and Affiliation not enabled (title + admin hint).
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Users → Edit User — turn on approved affiliation (and related flags).
2. Member: contact support if you believe you should be eligible.
3. After flags save, reload Affiliation dashboard.
