Affiliation program is disabled
Affiliate payout request refused because systemEnabled is false (403 Affiliation program is disabled.).
Why this happens
Admin turned off the affiliation program site-wide. UI may show Affiliation not available; API uses this exact string on withdrawal.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Affiliation settings — enable the affiliate system; save.
2. Members can then open the dashboard and Request a payout again (subject to balances/holds).
3. Distinct from per-user Affiliate withdrawals are not available for your account.
