How it works
Fill Email, Category (Technical / Sales / Billing), Subject (3–200), Message (20–4000), then Send message. No attachments. Rate about 8/IP/hour. Optional captcha. Creates a ContactMessage for staff; they reply by email - there is no in-app thread.
Common problems
Captcha blocks submit
Provider misconfigured or incomplete challenge.
Expected a ticket thread
Use Tickets for back-and-forth in the app.
