How it works
Requires aff.allow_balance_transfer (default on). Enter an amount up to available earnings → confirm. Creates a payout with method=balance_transfer already paid, credits User.balanceCents, and can partially consume a commission row.
Skips min_payout and withdrawal frequency. Not a bank/PayPal cash-out - use Request a payout for that.
Common problems
Cannot transfer full amount
Open withdrawal requests reserve funds - cancel them first if needed.
Transfer tab missing
Admin disabled balance transfer.
