Policy or SFTP ingest returned 403 Your account cannot upload to this storage server.
Why this happens
Server restricts which accounts may write (allow-list / assignment). Distinct from region blocks and from “server not available”.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: allow the user on that server, or remove the restriction.
2. Member: upload via the default path the site assigns (another server may accept you).
3. For SFTP, confirm the account is permitted on the ingest server.
