select-storage-server-for-upload found no eligible server for a new upload.
Why this happens
Servers offline, read-only, full disk quota, not connected, or none configured. Broader than a single “server not available” on a known id.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: bring a local/remote/CDN server online and writable (Disk caps and offline servers).
2. Connect remote nodes (Connect and enable the storage node).
3. Free disk quota if servers report full.
