Uploads to this storage server are not allowed from your region
storage-server-policy returned 403 when the client region is not allowed for that server.
Why this happens
Server has region/country allow/deny rules. Distinct from site-wide Uploads not available from your region and from Your account cannot upload to this storage server (account allow-list).
Diagnose and fix
1. Member: try again from an allowed network/region, or use another server if the site offers one.
2. Admin: adjust the server’s region rules or route users to unrestricted servers.

4. See No storage server is available for upload if every server rejects the region.
