Webmaster access is not enabled for your account — Contact an administrator
account-webmaster returned this message when the user is not allowed to use webmaster features.
Why this happens
Webmaster flag/approval off for the account while the site program may be on. UI title may show Webmaster not enabled for your account.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Users — enable/approve webmaster (Affiliate / webmaster / reseller flags on a user).
2. Member: contact an administrator as the message says.
3. Optionally Approve webmaster on register for future users.
4. See This user is not approved for the webmaster program (admin targeting another user).
