Affiliation page body programDisabled when the site affiliation program is off (often under title Affiliation not available).
Why this happens
Admin disabled the affiliate system site-wide. API sibling: Affiliation program is disabled. Distinct from per-user Affiliation not enabled.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Affiliation settings — enable the affiliate system; save.
2. Members refresh Affiliation dashboard.
3. Approve individual users if flags are still required.
