Why this happens
Activity is account-scoped. Not a load failure — an auth gate. Distinct from Could not load activity (signed-in fetch failed).
Diagnose and fix
1. Sign in, then open affiliation activity again.
2. If already signed in and still empty/erroring, see load-failed articles.
3. See Affiliation dashboard.
