Why this happens
Purchase requires an account on this surface. Not a payment gateway failure — an auth gate before checkout.
Diagnose and fix
1. Sign in (or register), then return to premium pricing.
2. Use Sign in to pay on checkout if you reached checkout as a guest and the site requires a session.
3. Admin: this is expected UX unless guest checkout is intentionally enabled elsewhere.
