Sign in to use premium traffic
The download path needs premium traffic, but the viewer is not signed in. Guests cannot use a purchased traffic pool.
Why this happens
When traffic mode is premium, tier rolling bandwidth is skipped and only remaining premium traffic is checked — which requires a member account. Normal flows usually only enter that mode for signed-in users; this message is the guest / null-user guard.
Diagnose and fix
1. Visitor: sign in, then retry (buy traffic if the balance is empty).
2. Admin: sell packages under Plan & pricing — Traffic packages.
3. If they are signed in but still blocked, see Not enough premium traffic remaining.
4. Raising Download bandwidth reduces how often traffic mode is needed.
