Not enough premium traffic remaining
The download needs premium traffic, but the member’s remaining pool is less than the file size. Product text: “Not enough premium traffic remaining for this download.”
Why this happens
Tier bandwidth was exhausted (or the flow resolved to premium mode) and remainingBytes < fileSize. Related to Bandwidth exceeded — premium traffic not enough, which often appears when some traffic remains but still not enough after the rolling bandwidth gate.
Diagnose and fix
1. Member: buy a larger traffic package, or pick a smaller file.
2. Admin: Plan & pricing — Traffic packages; confirm packages are enabled.
3. Check the user’s purchased vs used premium traffic balances if adjusting manually.
4. Raising Download bandwidth reduces how often traffic mode is needed.
