No items could be restored with your current plan or storage quota
Member (or v1) trash restore returned 403 — none of the selected deleted files can be restored under the current plan/quota.
Why this happens
Account is full or plan forbids the restore size. Admin sees the owner-worded sibling when restoring for someone else.
Diagnose and fix
1. Delete other files permanently or upgrade the plan to free quota.
2. Restore fewer items at a time.
