Admin trash restore returned 403 — none of the selected items fit the owner’s plan or storage quota.
Why this happens
Owner is over quota or plan limits block restore. Member-facing sibling: No items could be restored with your current plan or storage quota.
Diagnose and fix
1. Free space on the owner account or upgrade their plan.
2. Restore fewer/smaller items.
