Max downloads for your plan in window
This member has completed as many downloads as their plan allows in the current rolling window. Product text includes {days} from Max downloads per member window.
Why this happens
ul2_per_user_dnl_max_reg / _prem / _prem_pro counted against downloadSession history over ul2_per_user_dnl_period_days. Enforced at mint/stream/preview. Guests get the guest-window message. Landing pages may show the shorter “You've reached your download limit…” wording.
Diagnose and fix
1. Member: wait for the window to roll, or upgrade to a tier with a higher max.
2. Admin: raise Max downloads per member / window days (0 max = unlimited).
3. Distinct from Max downloads per file (lifetime per file) and simultaneous slots.
4. Per-user override when needed.
