Item is not in trash
Trash restore/purge returned Item is not in trash. (notInTrash).
Why this happens
Stale deleted list (already restored), or action run on an active library item. Distinct from quota restore failures.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the deleted/trash list; act only on items still shown there.
2. Use library trash to move items first if needed.
