Delete failed
Deleted-files UI (and some other surfaces) shows Delete failed. when a delete request fails.
Why this happens
Network/API error, item already gone, or server refused permanent delete. Library soft-delete uses Could not move to trash instead.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the deleted list; retry once.
2. Confirm the item is still selected and eligible for permanent delete.
