Why this happens
Broader sibling of Insufficient balance. — may cover amount checks as well as balance. Prefer the more specific message when the UI shows one.
Diagnose and fix
1. Increase balance or choose a smaller product/amount if applicable.
2. Top up then retry Pay with balance.
3. Check admin pricing if amounts look wrong.
4. Distinct from coupon or gateway errors.
