Insufficient balance
Paying with account balance failed because the balance is too low (premium.insufficientBalance / role-plan or traffic balance-pay throws / 402).
Why this happens
Member chose balance checkout without enough funds. Distinct from gateway declines and from the short UI label Insufficient.
Diagnose and fix
1. Account balance top-up to cover the price; retry.
2. Or switch to card/PayPal/other gateways.
3. Admin: confirm balance ledger is correct if the UI balance looks wrong.
4. Traffic packages use the same message via balance pay helpers.
