File uploads not available for your plan
Uploads are blocked for this member’s plan, and the product does not offer an Upgrade link — there is no higher purchasable tier that would turn uploads on.
Why this happens
Users & limits → Uploads enabled is off for their tier (toggle.ul2_upl_on_*), and no higher rung on the Registered → Premium → Premium Pro ladder both has uploads enabled and is sold. Distinct from site-wide “Uploads are currently disabled” (all tiers off) and from the upgrade variant of this message.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Settings → Users & limits → Uploads enabled — turn on for at least the tiers that should upload.
2. If they should upgrade instead: enable uploads on Premium / Premium Pro and publish those plans under Plan & pricing.
3. Check a per-user limits override that may have turned uploads off for one account.
4. Member: contact support; clicking Premium won’t help until a higher plan actually unlocks uploads.
