File uploads not available — upgrade to start
Same gate as “uploads not available for your plan,” but a higher purchasable plan has uploads enabled — so the UI adds an Upgrade link (“… [Upgrade] to start uploading”).
Why this happens
Their current tier has Uploads enabled off. A higher tier (Premium or Premium Pro) has uploads on and appears in Plan & pricing as buyable. The upload page and some API feedbacks attach that upgrade path.
Diagnose and fix
1. Member: click Upgrade and complete checkout for the plan that unlocks uploads.
2. Admin: if guests/registered should upload without paying, turn Uploads enabled on for that lower tier instead of forcing upgrade.
3. Confirm the target paid plan is enabled and priced under Plan & pricing.
4. After purchase or after you flip the tier switch, ask them to refresh /upload.
