File exceeds maximum download size for your plan
The file is over this member’s Max download size for their billing tier. The UI may show the cap in place of {maxSize}.
Why this happens
ul2_max_dn_mb_reg / _prem / _prem_pro (0 = unlimited). Same formatter family as the guest limit, but for signed-in viewers. Guests get the guest-specific message.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: raise Max download size for that tier, or have them upgrade.
2. Per-user override when only one account needs a higher cap.
3. Premium traffic mode may bypass this size check when active — see traffic articles if that is intended.
4. After saving, refresh the download page.
