File exceeds guest download limit
This file is larger than the guest max download size. Product text includes the cap in place of {maxSize}.
Why this happens
Anonymous viewers use ul2_max_dn_mb_anon. Signed-in members see File exceeds maximum download size for your plan instead. Premium traffic mode can bypass size checks for members when that path applies.
Diagnose and fix
1. Visitor: sign in / upgrade, or download a smaller file.
2. Admin: Users & limits → Max download size for Anonymous (ul2_max_dn_mb_anon; 0 = unlimited).
3. Confirm they are truly a guest (not a logged-in session in another tab).
4. Distinct from upload max size and from bandwidth exceeded.
