Could not reverse commission
Admin reverse returned 500 Could not reverse commission. after more specific gates.
Why this happens
Unexpected ops failure. If reversal is off, you get Commission reversal is disabled in Affiliation Settings (403) instead.
Diagnose and fix
1. Confirm reversal is enabled in Affiliation Settings.
2. Check the commission is not paid/final in a way that blocks reverse.
3. Retry; inspect logs on persistent 500.
