Could not load form
Create-ticket page shows tickets.create.loadFormFailed when categories/form payload cannot be loaded.
Why this happens
API/network failure or no usable categories. Related empty state: no ticket categories available (contact support).
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh; check connection (Network error).
2. Sign in again if the session expired.
3. Admin: ensure Ticket categories exist and are active.
